What to keep Maxtor (2M) or WD (2M)

Hard to make this call. The maxtor seems faster (tested with Sisoft
and its empty) with 120G but hotter a lot hotter than the WD 80G (load
with stuff and free space). Both are 2M in cache. Should concern about
the HEATs with the Maxtor or what the hell...since both has 1 year
Warr. anyway.

If the maxyor aint played you up then stick to that, They are much
faster than Western Digital.
But and a big BUT, The WD is more reliable.
You pays your money and you takes your choice!!
