Hi. Everyone,
I had to buy a new printer Canon i455 as the print head went on my S400SP.,
and I am wondering if there is anything I can do with the latter or do I
just throw it out. I only had the darn thing a few months and Canon don't
guarantee print heads. I'm new at all this so sorry for the dumb question.
Also, would someone be able to tell me where to go on the net to learn how
to do Birthday cards etc.
Many thanks,
Chiquita.

Chiquita. If Canon does not guarantee print heads how come they replaced the one on my
Canon S900?

I don't know, but I checked it out and they said I would have to buy another
one for $110.00AU, and added that it may only last 6 months. The one I have
now is supposed to be a permanent print head and is guaranteed for 1 year.

Sorry I didn't get back before this, my puter not playing nice. I did ring
Canon and they were the ones that told me that it was not covered.
Chiquita.
