what to do about 2 "my documents"?

This is a brand new computer. In my excitement I signed in with me name. Now
I have, when I look explore my C drive, My Documents is on the top and the
last folder on the bottom in Ellen Wiest's documents. The two folders have
exactly the same folders and files. If I delete a file from one its deleted
from the other . Having doubles of all my files including my pictures seems a
liitle excessive. Is there someway to remove one of the "My Documents???? Or
should I just ignore this????

You should ignore it. You don't have doubles of anything. There are simply
two views of a single thing.
