Hi,

I'm making my first image ever. I followed a small course for it.

I imported the '.pmq' -file and need to select te component properties.
What should I select at 'prototype'? and is it ok to leave 'Repository'
blank?

Thanks

Emiel,

If you are making a platform component (the macro that refers to all the hardware dependencies for your target device) then you can
leave those both filed blank. Although it is often convininet to select in prototype filed the Selector Prototype (Software | Test
and Development | Selector Prototype Component).

Add the "Selector Protoype" to get the picker list in the component's
settings when view within Target Designer. No repository is needed since
this is going to be a macro component.
