What the Hell is error 80042013?

Sorry. I am trying to delete music files from my phillips go gear and I keep
getting "Windows has experienced an unknown error #80042013" Now I cant erase
anything! The microsoft website does not help at all.My PC isHP pavillion

Are you using MusicMatch Juke Box to delete files ? Which Go Gear do you
have ?
