what the hell is bsaspi32?? i see event ID 7000 error

in my event view when I start up I see this dam error what is it & how do I
fix it says something about pass & services & don't explain which one?

The bsaspi32 service failed to start due to the following error:

The system cannot find the file specified.

i went there & dont tell me exactly what the hell it is!

PLEASE HELP!
 
figues part of a program i one may of had i killed it in the registry & now
i dont have the error it want a windows file or reference anywaz.

It's either Partition Magic 8.02 or NeoDVD or NeoProducer
I know that so i just manually deleted it formt he registry. Wasn't a
windows file or anything like that. Master cd didnt have that file.
