it means with previous drivers ppl with 256mb cards had performance problems
thta's fixed with the new driver

Actually, that issue was fixed in the last set of drivers so I don't
know why they list it as a new fix for this set too. Same with the
KOTOR issue too.

was it really fixed? - 3DMark05 still runs awfully slow on my 9600Pro 512MB
(with cat 4.11) resulting in a score of about 1500

SORRY, meant 256 not 512...

They listed it as fixed in 4.10 drivers. I don't have a 256mb card
though so can't say for certain.

Perhaps this begs the question. Do those who have installed the new
drivers and who have 256 megs of ram on their boards, notice a difference?

Which software is fully utilising a 256MB card? - benchmarks? So far all
benchmarks (tested 3DMark01, 03, 05) results are exactly the same on my Rad
9600Pro.
