Translations of what?

Have no idea what you are asking.

Please tell us what you want your database to do.

Hi. Thanks so much for such a prompt reply. Allow me to re-phrase my inquiry.
I have several translations to do from Spanish to English, and I would like
to use a template where I have on one side (or one part of the sheet) the
original text and on the other side ( or on the bottom) the translated text.
Is there a template I can use to this end? Thanks again, Rick B.

Sounds like you're actually trying to find out about MS Word templates.
This is the newsgroup for MS Access, the database product.

That said, I've been involved in a lot of translations over the years.
In Word the easiest way is to use the split screen facility.

If you move your mouse pointer to the place just above the up-arrow
triangle at the top of the vertical scroll bar the pointer arrow turns
into a horizontal line with both up and down arrows. Click and drag down
and you will have two separately-scrollable windows on the same
document, so by starting to type your translation just after the end of
the source text you can get what you want.

In Word 97 the Window menu also has a Split item that can achieve the
same thing. Later versions probably also have it.
