What Standard Time is 'PST' stands for

I just want to know what will be the time difference between my country and
the standard time using by this Discussion web site.
 
Actually, there is no 'standard time' for the newsgroup. There is "Pacific
Standard Time", PST) that is the location of the server for the
'help_and_support' newsgroup, but it is irrevelant to the posts. They reflect
PST in terms of the original time zone of the poster.
