We talk so much about PCs themselves, it's gotten me curious what
sorts of external accessories and brands of accessories people have
connected to their PCs. It's an under-discussed topic.
I'll start off. First, my computer is a three year old Dell.
Unforutantely not a homebuilt, but pretty heavily customized.
Connected to it:
--Two emachines 22" monitors
--Logitech 2.1 speakers (the oldest part of my setup, still work &
sound great)
--Logitech wireless gamepad
--Logitech wireless mouse
--Dell wired keyboard
--Samsung color laser printer
--Epson AIO inkjet
--Kodak digital camera
--Apple cellphone
--Microsoft webcam (has my least favorite feature ever--a button that
works only with MS chat programs)
--Labtec headset (bought for $1 at a dollar-style store--but does a
reasonably good job nonetheless)
--couple of generic USB 2.0 hubs
--Sandisk USB drive
--Netgear wifi antenna
--HP power/phone/cable surge protector
