Ok, so I've put together a video using WMM and saved it as DV-AVI. Now I
want to create DVD menus (Play, Scene Selection, Extras, etc) for it and burn
it to DVD. What software would ya'll recommend? Thanks.

Nero and Roxio are two that come to mind. Plus there are probably free
programs out there somewhere.

I would go to Google and do a search.

I use Roxio Easy Media Creator 7.5
The DVD Creator program has great Menu and Chaptering features that are not
gonna put you through a steep learning curve to use them.

Sonic MyDVD works pretty well, though all of the consumer level softwares out
there for this purpose are basically poorly coded junk.

Check the list on my website in the "DVD Programs" section.
There are quite a few listed there, including the ones named by the others
who responded to your post, along with links to their websites.
I personally have 2 recommendations.

For the lighter hobbiest I recommend Ulead Movie Factory. It has a lot of
capability and a very user friendly interface and is fairly inexpensive.

If you really want to create things people will talk about then I recommend
Ulead's DVD Workshop 2. This program does everything you could possibly
think of and more but it comes at a price of $300.

There are quite a few others listed on my site to check out and most of them
have free trial downloads.
Beware of googling and downloading the free authoring programs. There
usually stock full of adware and are really simplistic in what they do. (You
get what you pay for)
