What shareware utility software to burn data DVD?

On XP SP2 I use the Roxio Drag-to-Disk. On a second computer
I'd like to install a software utility that does nothing but
allow me to drag files selected in Windows Explorer to
another Windows Explorer displaying the blank DVD. Then burn
it. Is there a utility program that helps XP get over its
data-DVD-burning reticence?

Yes...........its called a DVD burning program since XP does NOT natively
support DVD burning.
And if you use those words in a Google search you will find lots of
them....free and for sale ones.
