What security rights/priveleges are needed for Group Policy editin

Hello:

I have never not been a Domain Admin, but have recently joined a
company who does not wish to grant me that kind of access, I need to know
what rights and priveleges are required in an windows 2003 AD domain in order
for the admins to edit/modify GPO's? Any help would be appricated. Thank you

Take a look at delegation in active directory.
