I am having soem problems getting printer and drive auto-creation to work.
What security rights (NTFS, GPO, etc) do non-admins needs to do this?

None special, except for redirecting LPT1 or other physical ports, which requires administrative rights, unless you disable the physical port in Device Manager

Drive redirection requires Windows Server 2003 & RDP Client 5.1+ or Windows Server 2000 + add-on like TSDropCopy
