What resources are a Security Group allowed to use?

I need to audit the ACLs assigned on the various drives/directories/files on
our servers. Need to review the permissions assigned, clean up duplications,
remove unneeded permissions and tighten where needed. Also, will be
migrating a large chunk of data from one server to another and it's critical
that we maintain the necessary shares and permissions....

Is there a simple way to generate all the security permissions assigned?

Tools like AccessEnum from Sysinternals should help.
