What output size to pick

There are several settings available in the Video settings window of WMM2,
namely frame rate, color space/compression and output size.

How do I know what to pick? I have a Sony HC96 camcorder pre-set for
recording in 16:9.

set your Tools > Options > Advanced tab > Aspect ratio to 16:9 for your
project.... then select whatever you want for the profile when saving, and
it'll be widescreen.
