Hotel ISP provider, Wayport, blocks the following ports and I am trying to
see if a blocked port is keeping my Access 2003 ADP Project file from
connecting with my MS SQL Serverf:

TCP traffic on port: 80 inbound, 135 inbound
UDP traffic on port: 8998
TCP and UDP traffic on ports: 137-139, 445, 1433, 1434, 1720, 2000, 8083,
8084, 8181

1433 for static port (default, can be changed on the server), 1434 and
another one for dynamic allocation.

Don't expect to get access to a SQL-Server from the outside for practically
all commercial web hostings. Some will give you access but usually, only
through a VPN in order to insure some security.
