what newsgroup do I need for this?

Hi--I was wondering where I can get readers advice on using modem-on-hold
feature that I have-it is like a caller ID box that supposedely comes on my
screen when I am online to alert me that I have a call trying to come in-I
am having trouble with it and tried long ago to get support by the
company-this is what I know:
<you need caller id/call waiting for this program to work ( i have)
<your isp must be v92/56k modem ( i have this dial-up as well)
that is all that is required-the company I have for this phone tools is
BVRP. I have win xp.
any ideas?? it came installed when I got my dell pc 1 1/2 years ago but have
had a hard time on this program that apparently is supposed to be easy to
use- maybe you know of a better one & perhaps free-thanks for your help

Have you checked with Dell or BVRP for an update to the program?
