Hello, I'm trying to buy Windows XP for my sister. I've seen an offer for
"Windows XP Home Edition SB" and I don't know, what te SB means. Can I buy
this and my sister has Windows XP on her Laptop after installing it? Thanks
in Advance!

eBay?

Ask the seller. If they don't reply then also don't expect to any
contact with them after the sale.

As has already been suggested, check with the seller. Without knowing who's
offering the software, all you're going to get is guesses.

That said, my guess is that SB might stand for System Builder. This could be the
vendor's way to indicate that they're selling an OEM version of XP Home Edition.
Since we know nothing about your sister's laptop there's no way to give a
definite answer to your question.

Good luck

Who doesn't respect the NEpats?

Sounds like you hit the nail on the head. System Builder OEM XP Home
Edition. May be a German version?

As one other reply suggested, contact the seller. If they won't talk to
you now then they probably won't talk to you after you purchase their
software.
