How in the Outlook may I find out what mailing groups am I in?

You first: state your Ouytlook version and tell us what you mean by "mailing
groups". Outlook has no such term.

Do you mean Distrbution Lists? Look in the To column in your Inbox and you
will see if the email was sent to ALL STAFF for example. That means you are
on the ALL STAFF Distribution List.

Or a member of a DL that is a member of ALL STAFF (or a member of a DL that
is a member of.. etc etc etc).

Or BCC'd on the message.

When I worked for a company with a lot of nested DLs, I always wanted a way
to figure out how I actually managed to get an email. There was more than
one occasion where I could never figure out what DL managed to get me a message.
