What is your favorite anti virus program to run from a cd to test other machines

I often fix other peoples computers and had been installing Norton
2003 anti virus, connection the pc to the Internet, updating Norton,
and then removing Norton. I would prefer not to connect these pcs to
the Internet. What are some other solutions to this issue?

I use PE-Builder and f-secure, MCAfee-stinger, Ad-aware & MCAfee virus scan
for dos. It's also an update function for the McAfee downloaded to the
RAM-disk.

It also have nerwork support and explorer, Mozilla browser and lot of other
useful stuff.

I install AVG,Spybot and ad-aware, then update it from a recent burn of my
own update folder......cuts out the internet thing.
