What is xivnir.exe?

I found xivnir.exe is running in my computer.
This was also found as a startup program.
I could not remove it from Startup.

Googling for xivnir.exe did not show any information.

Does anybody know whether this is a legitimate program or virus?

Perhaps you can send that file to virustotal.com for analysis.
Look up nir.exe on the Internet. Perhaps the xiv stands for 14.
