what is wrong

I am using Outlook in windows2000 and outlook express.

it is from 8.10 around that it failed to send email .
and warning message appears.

as a matter of fact the email i try to send has been sent succesfully,
for the receiver has read it.

but the mail is put in the sending tray and is sent time and again until i
delete it .

any help ,
