I have a Win2003 server and my user is using WinXP Professional. He have
enabled the Offline feature of XP Professional to cache Windows 2003 Server
file folder. Meanwhile, he finds there is a check-box "Work online without
synchronizing changes" in the Offline Files Status screen. What is it for?
What is the consequence if the user checks this check-box?

Thanks.

It sounds pretty clear to me - if he checks the box, it won't sync, at least
not during that session.
I don't like offline files, personally. If this is a laptop/remote user,
there are better options, in my opinion (www.centered.com) - and on desktops
on the LAN, I don't see a need for offline file caching.
