What is windows search

I have a file that contains 5,433 MB called window search.
I want to remove it. Any problem in doing so. It has a box
that asked to enter a number for uninstall verification.
 
I do believe that this is the Search that you DON'T want
to get rid of. It's the one that lets you search for
things within your computer system, programs, etc.
