What is up with the Help & Support Page

Whenever I go to the support page in microsoft.com I get huge letters on the page. Can't read anything the letters are so big. Whats the deal? I use XP home. Only the support page does this. Every other page in MS is normal.

Mine too. Nothing in the 'view' options changes it. Font size is normal
for menu bar on the page, but the article itself is HUGE!

This the second time I have asked the question and am glad you answered Fran. At least I know that I am not the only one with the problem. The first time I asked no one responded with an answer. I am hoping someone out there will have the answer.

I'm sure we'll get a helpful link to an article on the support page we can't
