What is to be done?!

Hi!
Here is what happened after installing sp4 to my 2nd
computer: If I go through the chain:
Start>>Help>>"Any Topics">>Related Topics, I am no
longer able to get anything out of RELATED TOPICS, insted
I always get a wrong message. I don't remember the
message because I am now going to uninstall sp4 Any help
woud be gratefuly appreciated. Thanks, N

Without the error message it is unlikely anyone will be able to help you.

Hi! Thanks for reply. I understand your point. There is
no way for me to try sp4 one more time to know the exact
error massage. My question is: Does this happen to
someone else that you know? Again I appreciated your
responce (I posted this in many different NG's without
response). Thanx, N
