What is this Yogee Search engine that takes over my searches?

I post a search in MSN and my search is captured by
another annoying search engine - "Yogee" the annoyingly
takes up a lot of room on my windows screen. It limits
the search abilities. How do I block it from taking over?

Note: search engine should be "yoogee".
