My windows 2000 system seems to be running fine, but Norton Windows Doctor
is telling me I am missing the file "winhttp5.dll.", and that
"C:\WINNT\system32\PROXYCFG.EXE" cannot access this necessary file.
If this file is not needed for anything I use, I would rather not mess with
trying to
re-install it. What is it used for?
