Does anyone know what the thread sizes are for the small brass PC
motherboard standoffs? I need to know both the outer thread size that
screws to the PC case and the inner thread size that is used for the
screws that hold the motherboard.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for that info. That's exactly what I need to know!

Be aware that is not universally the case. I have brass standoffs from
current production cases with a mixture of threads. Depends on the specific
case. A case model would help in giving the correct information. Also be
aware that length varies as well

Most of the brass standoffs were metric, but i have also seen 6-32
standoffs.
If you need, i have some extra plastic standoffs; the bottom slides
into a channel on the chassis, and the top has an oval "snap" to hold
the board.
e-mail me at (e-mail address removed) with address and quantity; if
reasonable will send to you.

To concur with what Robert said, the vast majority of them are #6-32 threads
on both ends. However, some of our little case building friends get a sense
of humor sometimes and stick a metric thread in there once in a while. I
have to admit, I haven't seen any metric ones in a while though.
