What is the significance if any of having dual 12V output in PSU?

Isn't the 12V connector what attaches with molux to the Motherboard? If that is the case then why have two? Here is an example:

When a PSU has dual output, traditionally one output is
isolated to the 12V connector suppling CPU power. That 12V
rail is subject to wide current swings very quickly and so
having it separate (actually not so separate, many simply
split one 12V rail with a couple of low-ohm power resistors)
isolates each 12V rail a little from the other.

Thanks kony but how is it used? I there still only one 12v molux?

It is essentially a transparent detail, you dont' have to do
anything differently as the splitting of the 12V rails is
internal to the power supply housing. Just hook it up to a
system as you would any other PSU. There is still only the
one 12V CPU connector.
