In my work I use Journal to remind me, when I forget, of
what I worked on two or three days ago. This is
especially helpful for Work and Excell, Journal leads to
the document worked on, however for Access it only leads
me to the database - not the records in the database.
The best reference I can give you for learning more about the Journal is the
Outlook Help file. If you have specific questions after reading the
overview in the Help file, please post back.
