Private group for registered beta testers only as far as I know, if you log
in with your beta id and password there should be more information for you.

IE7 Beta 1 is specifically intended for developers to confirm that existing
applications and websites will work well with Internet Explorer 7. While it
is not intended for broad consumer trial and evaluation, it does offer a
preview of some of the benefits that Internet Explorer 7 will offer.

As such, there is no publicly available support for IE7b1 outside of the
private beta newsgroups.
