what is the LDAP Search syntax for Disabled User?

hello everyone,
I am trying create a LDAP search that shows all the disabled user in our
ADUC. Does anyone know what that syntax is?

thanx Joe to clearing that out, as I forgot on all possible implications of
various bist set in userControlAttribute. Eric, Joe's query includes bitwise
operation on userControlAtribute. You can read all about how to use bitwise
