What is the EASIEST way to synchronize calendars between my home .

I use a laptop in I travel. But at home I log all my meetings and
appointments and the kids events on my home computer. In the past, I have
imported/exported calendars between computers. Is there an easier way?

I also have another computer at home (all three are on a LAN). I've been
using the same import/export feature between it and the main computer. Why
can't I take advantage of my LAN to sync the calendars?
 
Thanks. I suppose I could use my Palm, but I really just want to have the
calendars the synced.

A Palm doesn´t save/store all informations of a calendar item of Outlook.
There are a lot of fields in Outlook who are not available in Palm. Of
cousre you can synchronize your Outlook (PC) with a Palm but I don´t think
that the Palm software will support a "conflict resolution" if you sync your
Palm after your PC with your Notebook.

Another solution could be the briefcase scenarion:

Then you will work with one (the same PST) on the notebook and on the PC.
