What is the difference between Vista Ultimate Special Edition & Vi

Does Vista Ultimate Special Edition (full or Upgrade Version) provide
additional OS features compared to standard Vista Ultimate (full or Upgrade
Version)?
 
Is there such a product? This is the first I've heard of a Ultimate "Special
Edition" dictinct from an "Ulitmate Edition".
 
I'm only aware of Windows Vista Ultimate Signature Edition.

Do you have any links to Windows Vista Ulitmate Special Edition?

I've never heard of Vista Ultimate Special Edition. If instead you mean
Vista Ultimate Signature Edition as can be found at
http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Windows-Ultimate-Numbered-Signature/dp/B000M2WPIQ
then the actual OS is the same as Vista Ultimate, only the packaging is
different (signed by Bill Gates).
 
My wife has an "Ultimate Special Edition"..... Oh wait, we are talking
software here aren't we? Never mind.

Well, wrongly I wrote "Special" - - should have been "Signature"

Likely, you have read (below) John Waller's correct Response.

Also, the price is the same (sometimes less) <<intentionally I’ll leave that
phrase hanging as a dangling participle] while the major difference is the
beautiful wraper around that plastic case.
