Hello,

MDM (MicroDisk Module), DOM (Disk On Module),
CF (Compact Flash) are flash-like memories.
They also have similar parameters.
What is the difference between them?

Trix.

DOC - Disk On Chip - fits standard 32 pin EPROM sockets and has the same
electrical interface

DOM - Disk On Module - fits standard 40 or 44 way IDE connectors

CF - 50 pin interface that conforms to both ATA/ATAPI (IDE) and PCMCIA
specifications. Physically small enough to fit inside a PCMCIA adaptor
frame.
