What is the deal?

Can someone tell me what the deal is with this run time
error? I have tried everything I can think of and nothing
is working. I don't want to re-install windows xp because
I know there has to be a way to get this off here.
Someone (PLEASE) tell me. I have been on all the how to
pages but nothing is there to help me. Thanks.....

on certain sites. In the box it will say.. " Runtime
Error!" This application has requested the run time to
terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the
applications support team for more info.
 
Open IE, go to Tools, select Internet Options, go to the Advanced tab, place
a check next to "Disable script debugging" and make sure there is no check
next to "Display a notification about every script error" and click apply
and ok.
