What is the bug in zoomin, zoomout

I took a look at the 'web accessories' portion of the
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002 web page and saw that there's supposed to be
a 'glitch' in the zoom in/zoom out function. I haveIE6, but mine seems to
work fine, even though in Notepad I can see the third line is misplaced as
the article says. I hestitate to make a change when it seems to be working
OK but was wondering if someone could tell me exactly what the bug does.

The bug is that when you zoom in and then zoom back out the result is all skewed up.
 
Thanks very much. I did notice that before, but figured "oh well". Now it's
fixed.
