What is the best way to set up my hotel room list in Access?

Your question is way too vague to answer. Please use that large blank space
provided to tell us what you want to accomplish. Are you building a
reservation system? What type of data do you need to store regarding each
room? What will you do with the "room list" once you build it.

To answer your question as it is asked...
Create a table. Include a filed for the room number, and any other fields
you need to record attributes of each room such as, Handicapped Y/N, Smoking
Y/N, number/types of beds, views, etc.
 
Well I thank you for your quick response. Sorry for being so vague, I guess
I didn't have faith that someone would really respond to my question, and I
didn't want to take the time to write a whole bunch!

Anyway, right now, my project is to collect all the data of all the people
who have stayed in my small backpacker hostel for the last 4 years (only 20
beds). I have saved most of the signin records and want to organize all the
info, so I can guestimate how much money has come in to the business (for
future buyers). (We fudge our local tax returns here in Panama, so I don-t
have the REAL records). It will also help me answer people who want to know
for example, what nationality of people visit us the most...what is the
average stay...how many surfers come visit us, how many postcards I sell, etc.

That is the project right now, I guess once all this data is collected, I
will begin to think of how I can use access as a simple reservation system.

Also, right now, by accident I deleted my main table, is there a way to
generate a table from a form (I still have the form). Part of my problem is
that my program is in Spanish, and I speak English and need English
directions. Thank you so much!
