Please, Some one tell me how high scan (dpi) is good for Photo Story 3. I
want to see at my TV. Also remember I have photos in different sizes.

We don't know the capabilities of your scanner, we don't know what kind of
TV you have and we don't know if you have a DVD burner or not and if so what
kind of software you have to burn this PS3 file so that it can be displayed
on your TV and we don't know what quality display on your TV you are willing
to accept.
I would suggest you scan a few pictures at the highest resolution your
scanner is capable of doing and take it from there.
Getting this to your TV, see the following site
http://www.eicsoftware.com/PapaJohn/MM2/MM2.html
and wait for it to open fully and look at the menu on the left and you will
see PS3 toward the bottom of this menu and take it from there.

I scan my pics on a cannon scanner, and all of them are 600dpi or higher (i
save them as jpeg), i think this is more than 800x600 pixels for almost all
my pics. I then use photostory3 to edit the pics, and save it as "profile for
creating video cds - NTSC (320x240)". And finally i use Nero5 to save on a cd
as a vcd format (nero converts it to vcd), but then when i view it on my tv
it is not clear as i think it should be (my tv is not the latest technology,
but its a regular sony tv). Am i doing something wrong?? What should i do so
the video will turn out be more clear.

your quality constraint is the MPEG-1 format need to make a VCD... at
320x240, it's the bottom of the barrel for disc quality.

SVCD would be on a CD too, but at a quality closer to a DVD.... DVD would be
the next notch up... and bypassing the stand-alone DVD player totally would
be even better... from your computer's WMV file to the screen.

1. All photos I scaned at 800x600 dpi or higher and import in PS3. Then
Narrate , customize motion, & music etc etc...
2. In ps3 next is "save your story" . I did not see SVCD to save 'as you
told me'. So please let me know the step 2 "save your story" in ps3 page
after I click setting, what I choice (best) to save on my computer.
3. Then next step is how I convert to svcd or dvd with nero5. I am in
prosses step 2.

Also I get lots of knoledge from your web page too.
