what is tfbrbrtrthq?

Can anyone tell us what tfbrbrtrthq is? It shows up under view/toolbars and
creates a search bar in IE. We found it in the registry and tried deleting
all references but it then shows up in IE as a blank space and if we click
on the blank space the search bar appears again in IE.
