Hello

I have noticed lately an alert from norton regarding SVCHHHOST.EXE trying to
connect to internet. The risk is low, but I like to know what this is.

Does anyone have an answer?

thanks

Stu

thanks for your quick response.

Your answer refers to SVCHOST.EXE, mine is SVCHHHOST.EXE. Are they the same?

Sorry

Thanks for your previous reply. I realize that I did not know what I was
talking about in my reply to you

Hi Stuart,

No, they are very different. Svchost.exe is a normal system file found in
the system32 folder. The file Norton's is pointing out (svchhhost.exe) is
not the same thing, and is likely the virus itself.
