What is Surf Control????

When I try to log into msn through passport from work to
check my email, I get a message that says I'm leaving a
secure site etc. and I have to click yes, but when I do I
get blocked by something called Surf control...Access
Denied and I can't get pass it. I've had the techs look
at it and they are not aware of surf control...the funny
thing is that I had no problem with passport and my email
2 wks ago. I scanned for vrisuses and put every update I
could find for this system. I have windows xp. Does
anyone know what's wrong and how can I fix it!!!

SurfControl is email-filtering software and it has evidently been installed
