Squirrel Mail is a mail server, not a mail service, that one can set up to run
on a Unix or Linux system. Your settings will be whatever the admin of that
server has established them to be. You'll have to ask your mail provider for
the information.

Squirrel Mail is an ISP product. Talk to your webhost tech support team.

Usually, they set this up for all their customers server-wide.

If you set SMTP server to "localhost", that would have a high chance of
success.
