What is: server error: cannot create folder "-overlay"?

FrontPage2003 will not publish updated pages giving the above message.

Anybody have any ideas?
 
Some hosts (like yahoo) don't allow _hidden folder like _overlay or _derived
- if yours doesn't, you will not be able to use FP themes or nav bars
