What is scripting?

Tools->Internet Options->Custom Level...and there are 5 or 6 options
that one can enable that have "scripting" in them.

Well If you want to run Active scripting on your machine from website that
have script you will turn this On by Enable it, if you don't then the Display
of that site if been built with JavaScript will not display correct.
The same with Paste Text Via Scripting.
although this can be helpful but if you lower your security by allowing
malicious website to run the script on your machine and execute the malicious
code it can be dangerous, so setting it to prompt you can save you from that
bad site.
