What is safe to Remove from Add and Remove Program?

I have some programs that I have no idea what they are used for,can I supply
a list here and possibly get an ok ,of to which I can Remove Safely ???

Somebody could tell you if they are part of the system or not, as some
are. But if you had "Microsoft Office 2003" and you don't know if you
can delete it then you should not be doing this.

But yes, go for it.

As Leonard suggests, Google is your friend. However, feel free to post a
list of those programs you're not sure about after reviewing your Google
results.

Yes, within reason. If it turns out to be someting you want to use
though, you'll have to reinstall it. There's a good chance if you
aren't using many programs that many of them can be uninstalled.
