On system startup, (Windows XP Home Ed.) I get a memory
error trying to run this program from the
C:\Windows\System32 directory. It pops up 6 times after
the desktop is up giving the same memory address each time,
and then quits. The system seems to run normaly after that.

What is it, and can I stop it from services?

It is a windows program, stands for Remote Access Auto ---
something. It seems to allow remote access from
elswhere. You'll probably find it in your 'prefetch'
files. Delete them so it doesn't load each time. It was
put there by some web site.
