@nivrip I was curious too, but it appears to refer to the "Quick Access Toolbar" file in Microsoft Office. Info here: https://fileinfo.com/extension/qat

YEs the Quick Access Toolbar is QAT. I never heard that before and was stumped. It is the toolbar above the ribbon when composing an email. Right clicking on it gives you access to customising this. My problem solved. I wish they were all that easy!
